Do you take credit cards?

Yes, we take Visa and Mastercard, and personal checks.  For services > $1,000 please ask us for preferred payment methods.

What is your response time for urgent service calls?

We strive for within the hour for urgent callouts, but this will depend on location, time of day/night and whether our emergency technician is on another callout. Many times we can respond in as little as 30 minutes .

Will I get a firm quote before the job is started?

In 80-90% of jobs we can give you a firm quote before the work is started.

 In some cases, where the issue is inside a wall or there are other unknown variables, we will give you an estimate and keep you updated as the work progresses so you can choose the path taken to resolve the issue or provide the service.
